Community Impact
Our founder Miles Treaster was an active member of the community and well-known for generously supporting many non-profits. MTA is proud to continue his commitment to philanthropy by participating in events and campaigns benefiting local charities, like MTA’s Rock & Bowl event supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Herman Miller’s We Care program supporting the Boys & Girls Club of America.

MTA’s culture is built on the belief everyone deserves an equal seat at our table. We’ve championed diversity and inclusion since 1992, when MTA became one of the first Sacramento businesses to be women-led, and we celebrate the diversity of our team of employee-owners.
