As 2023 drew to a close, MTA Employee Owners convened for our 2024 Owners Meeting at the Hastings Annex in Old Sacramento. Amidst celebrations of past achievements, we laid the groundwork for an ambitious 2024. MTA embraced an adventurous team bonding experience, embarking on an afternoon scavenger hunt throughout Old Sacramento. Splitting into color-coded teams, they eagerly tackled challenges and solved puzzles, with "Team Gang Green" emerging victorious, securing bragging rights for the year. Jimmy He, hailed by his peers, clinched the title of 2023 Employee-Owner of the Year. Described as “enthusiastic, hard-working, and reliable.” Jimmy embodies our MTA values.
