In 2000, MTA was awarded the Inventory Management Services contract utilizing the Asset Inventory Management (AIM) program. These services have provided a seamless “one source” solution to the ever-changing CalPERS facilities. In 2010, MTA’s contract was expanded to provide Installation and Reconfiguration services and Inventory Management Services for the new Lincoln Plaza East & West totally 560,000 square feet located at 400 Q Street in Sacramento, for over 1,000,000 square feet and maintains 120,000 cubic feet of storage. Today MTA has a handful of full-time installers working with CalPERS & Colliers Planning Team performing daily moves-adds and changes. The installation crew has been led by our 29-year veteran throughout our relationship and additional personnel have been added based upon specific project requirements. The project sizes vary from one workstation to several hundred workstations. MTA has provided daily installation and reconfiguration/relocation support services of Herman Miller, Knoll and Meridian furniture systems.
