Hawkins Apartments is a multi-family housing development located on the scenic Treasure Island of San Francisco, designed to offer modern, functional, and inviting living spaces. In partnership with LPAS, MTA was selected to furnish and decorate model units, amenity spaces, and leasing offices, creating a cohesive and comfortable environment for residents and visitors.
MTA played a key role in furnishing the community spaces, carefully curating interior and exterior furniture that enhances both aesthetics and usability. Our team worked closely with LPAS to ensure that each space was not only stylish but also met the functional needs of a diverse residential community. The model units have a modern aesthetic to help visitors envision life at Hawkins Apartments, and attract new residents.
This project presented unique challenges, including working with multiple new manufacturers, coordinating complex production schedules, and adapting to construction delays. By proactively managing these challenges, MTA and LPAS delivered a beautiful and functional space that invites residents to gather and connect. The final product, is a unique and luxurious space that will impress and attract future residents to Hawkins at Treasure Island.
